Engineering Solutions
Hotset offers, on a project or hourly billing rate basis, the expertise of our engineering staff to assist in product development assisting in component design, material selection and thermal performance.

 

Hotset test lab can be put to use to optimize your products and processes.  We have tested thermal performance of packaging equipment, injection molding, heating plates, mass spectrometry and other equipment.

 

Hotset has been implementing lean manufacturing since 2003, resulting in reduced lead times, increased output capacity and improved quality.  Lean manufacturing is a core reson we have been able to continuously improve our quality, delivery and value to you.

 

Hotset has developed customer specific programs to help our OEMs and Distributors increase their competitive position in the marketplace.
