When heaters use a voltage other then the rated voltage the actual power can be calculated with this form 

*Care must be taken to insure that the actual power does not exceed the rated current carrying capacity of the lead wires and the resistance wire.

 

Using Ohm's Law you can calculate the remaining values if you know any two of the four values listed below.
