Hotflex’s unique construction consisting of a small high watt density tubular heater surrounded by copper with a flexible armor case results in an easy to install, flexible, durable heat source. Installation can not be easier, simply start in the middle of your mold channel, forming first at the marked center location of the Hotflex heater, then tap in with a Teflon or rubber mallet working your way to each ends.

The Hotflex connection options include, spade connectors, crimped(welded) leads, screw terminals, or the Hotset ceramic insulated Plug-n-Heat (reusable ceramic insulated connection).
