Warranty Statement

HOTSET warrants that its goods and services shall be free from defects in material andworkmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.

 

This warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper maintenance or use, abuse, negligence, repair by purchaser, alteration of modification ofproduct, accident, or faulty installation. This warranty is voided if Purchaser continues to usethe product after discovery of a defect without the permission of HOTSET

 

HOTSET shall repair or replace defective products of services at its expense, under the terms and conditions of the original seal or service, upon prompt notice of defect by purchaser duringthe warranty period. This remedy in purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for any claim ortheory of recovery, including but not limited to breach of warranty, contract, negligence, or strict liability in tort.

 

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIESOF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, BEYOND THEWARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE.

 

In no event shall HOTSET be liable for incidental, consequential, or other damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of production, increased cost production, orinjury to property.

 

Any action to enforce the warranty must be brought within one year from the date ofoccurrence
