As a tech­nol­o­gy part­ner of mold­mak­ers and in­jec­tion mold­ers, hotset will be part of the ac­tion when the sup­pli­er fair KUTENO (Kun­st­stofftech­nik Nord) kicks off in Rhe­da-Wieden­brück on May 10, 2022.

• D‑System HT:
  The mo­bile D‑System for im­me­di­ate analy­sis and in-situ vi­su­al­iza­tion of the ther­mo­hy­draulic events in the wa­ter cir­cuits of mold cav­i­ty tem­per­a­ture con­trol sys­tems. It serves you for trou­bleshoot­ing, process op­ti­miza­tion and qual­i­ty as­sur­ance.
  With the new HT mea­sur­ing mod­ule, tem­per­a­tures up to 180 °C can al­so be measured!
• Sus­tain­able AND high­ly ef­fi­cient:
  The fast Z‑System for par­tial-cyclic mold tem­per­a­ture con­trol as an al­ter­na­tive to var­io­ther­mal pro­duc­tion. This al­lows you to avoid vis­i­ble weld lines and dull ha­los on the sur­faces of your in­jec­tion mold­ed parts. You open up new pos­si­bil­i­ties for the re­al­iza­tion of fil­i­gree mi­crostruc­tures and thin wall thick­ness­es. Nev­er­the­less, with its very low en­er­gy con­sump­tion, the sys­tem is cost-ef­fec­tive and sustainable.
